DFDI 2025 is a premier invite-only summit that brings together policymakers, industry pioneers, and innovators from DCO member states—including Bahrain, Bangladesh, Cyprus, Djibouti, The Gambia, Ghana, Greece, Jordan, Kuwait, Morocco, Nigeria, Oman, Pakistan, Qatar, Rwanda, and Saudi Arabia—along with international partners.
Hosted in Pakistan’s capital, Islamabad, the forum leverages the country’s growing digital ecosystem as a platform to foster global collaboration and investment in the digital economy.

Highlight the collective digital potential of DCO member states, including Pakistan as the host, with a combined GDP of $3.5 trillion and a market of nearly 800 million people.

Present actionable investment opportunities in the digital economies of DCO member states, showcasing their combined strengths in AI, fintech, cybersecurity, and beyond.
Foster dialogue on global digital policies that enhance infrastructure, adoption, and exports across the 16 member states.
Pakistan, a founding member of the DCO, hosts DFDI 2025 in Islamabad, offering a vibrant setting for this global forum. With internet penetration at 53.57% (142 million users) and 72.99 million smartphone users in 2025, Pakistan contributes to the DCO’s collective digital growth, alongside other member states. Its rapid IT sector growth—evidenced by $1.864 billion in IT exports in the first half of 2024-25, up 28.04% year-over-year—underscores its role as a key player in the global digital landscape.
